ELKHART — Jennifer Kay (Roderick) Hager, 45, of Elkhart, passed away Sunday, July 15, 2018.
She was born Jan. 11, 1973, in Bloomington, Illinois, to Thomas and Connie (Motts) Roderick.
She worked as a food preparer for New Generation Catering and volunteered at VFW Post 88.
She enjoyed Harley-Davidson motorcycles, coloring and helping people.
She loved life and was devoted to her family.
She loved spending time with friends and family and always enjoyed planning cookouts, barbecues and other family get-togethers.
She also loved animals, especially her dogs.
She is survived by her father, Thomas (Margaret) Roderick; sisters Karen (Dana) Trowbridge and Karen (Carlos) Lopez; daughter Cortney M. (Sam Turner) Roderick; son Scott (April) Hager; grandchildren Hailey and LeAnna Hager; nieces Karenna, Emmiaha and Elexa; and nephews Davis, Dillon and Brandon.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Richard D. Siler; and her mother, Connie Kay Siler.
Funeral services will be at Billings Funeral Home, in Elkhart, at 6 p.m. Friday, July 20, with a viewing starting at 4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jennifer’s memory can be made to the family in care of Christopher Goodman.
