My condolences to Connie and to his children and grandchildren. Jim and I go way back to grade school. We lived on the same street and shared many memories of playing basketball and sledding in the winter time . We were college roommates for awhile and always stayed in touch through the years . We were good friends to the end and I will miss him. May he rest in peace.

Please let me tell you how sad that I heard Jim Passing. Just a week ago Connie, Wendy and Missy I too saw the passing of Phil. My Wonderful A.J. Alex and Ashton I am so sorry that you lost both Grandfathers. May God be with the Stout Family. Love, Mabel and Momo
