I don't know where to start, because, there is so much, I have from my heart, of Duane , I could sincerely say. He was my mother's companion for 20 yrs. To me, he will forever, be, step-dad, Duane and I say this, lovingly. After all, he was there for many of my, life's, firsts, of which I could go on and on about, instead, I'll get to the moral of my story. For my niece Lakeysha Pratt (35 yrs) and my son Rean Pratt (26), he was their grandpa Duane, they both thought he was the best, Grandpa, there could, ever be and with his passing, their hearts. All of our hearts are filled with a great amount of sorrow. And of the many memories of him, the memory of him being grandpa Duane, is the one, my heart will cherish.
Loving,
Sheila R. Pratt

Grandpa Duane, I'm so sorry that I didn't get to see you before your transition. Your the only grandfather that was ever in my life. You were so special to me tears are rolling down my eyes as I think about all the times everybody would go out on Oak St. And you would order Us a pizza and we would record "Tales From The Crip". My heart is hearting so bad right now. I want you to know I love you so much and I'll see you next lifetime.
