Charles Legg Life Story

Charles H. “Hank” Legg, 47, of Goshen passed away at his home on Tuesday, February 19, 2019. He was born April 22, 1971 in Elkhart to Thomas and the late Jean (Parsons) Legg.

Hank married his loving wife, Toni K. Legg, on January 25, 1997 who preceded him three years prior. He is survived by his father, daughter, Cattie Brie Legg, brother, Jay (Lori) Legg, nephew, Ethan Legg, Cousins Ray and Mickey Legg of Tennessee, and Kain Clemns. He is also survived by his significant others: Loretta Cross and Nicole Laws.

A celebration of Hank’s life will be held at Billings Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Elkhart on Sunday, February 24, 2019, with a visitation being held from 1-4 p.m. The family invites friends to join them after the visitation to bowl a few games at Country Club Lanes till 8 p.m. in memory of Hank. In accordance with the family’s wishes, cremation will follow. Memorial donations may be given to his daughter, Cattie Brie, directly.

Hank served in the United States Navy and worked for the WestRock company for 18 years. He had many hobbies that he loved to do with his family, especially with his daughter Brie. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, eating pizza, vacationing, airbrushing, woodworking, setting up fireworks, collecting watches, and going to the local comic cons like Gen Con in Indianapolis and The Hall of Heroes in Elkhart. Hank will be greatly missed by his family but the memories he has created with those he loves will never be forgotten.
