ELKHART -- Linda D. Tate, 52, of Elkhart, died at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday (Feb. 17, 2010) in Elkhart Rehabilitation Center. Arrangements are pending at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart.

I used to work at Elkhart Rehab, and have done Linda's hair a few times and got her a "pepsi", her favorite, more than once...she looked so beautiful when she got her hair done and especially when everyone would compliment her on her hair.
