My condolences to the Bowers and Snell families, I worked with George at the Wastewater treatment plant where he was well respected for his knowledge and abilities. I also remember him for his sense of humor and how he also liked to play practical jokes on his co-workers. He is missed here at the plant and will be missed out side the plant. You are all in our Hearts, Minds, and Prayers. P.S. My Dad is Dick Milroy from Super X and Kroger’s Pharmacies.
