CondolencesThe following condolences were left by family, friends, and loved ones of Thelma J. Sommers.
Dear Betty, Ray, Roma, and Dean, Thank you for putting your mom's notice in the Adrian Telegram. I had heard a few months ago that she was still alive. She was a sweet and beautiful person. A memory: One prayer meeting night- I'm not certain of how old I was, maybe 9 years old, but Dean was quite young, for sure- I said to her, "At last, you're not dressed in black!" My mother, thoroughly embarrassed, pulled me aside and said, "Often people wear what they have", and then I was embarrassed! But you know, through the years, she wore many colors well. She was full of grace. May I have as much in my older years as she demonstrated. Ruth Borton Lange Ruth Borton Lange I am so sorry to hear of Miss Thelmas passing. I am sure see is happy to be with our lord. She was true delight to take to church and to talk to at church. She will be missed. Kathy Watwood
