Brad Billings is pleased to announce that all the construction work has been completed. What we have done this year in 2007:
The Dixie Cream building has been completely remodeled, this is where we meet all of our families who wish to make either pre-need or at-need arrangements. This stand-alone building provides our families with privacy, when they have to make arrangements for a loved one.
Also, the parking lot just North of the "Dixie/Billings" building as the public and we have started to call it, has all new landscaping and the final coat of asphalt is down. This gives us over 100 off street parking spaces to serve our families.
Another major addition was the conversion of our garage into a new chapel, on the West side of the building. This is a state of the art room has a new sound system, video screen; it's own lounge and restrooms. This room then leads out to the newly remodeled garage that used to be a consignment shop.
Our business offices, that used to be located in the middle of the funeral home, are located at the East end of the building. This provides convenience for our families to pick up items or conduct any business in a private area away from any visitations or funerals that may be going on.
In just eleven short years we have become Elkhart's most requested funeral home, because we have a wonderful and caring staff and facilities that are second to none. We are so thankful for the honor and privilege of serving our community. Thank you
